Our orders are processed as soon as they hit the system, so if you do have a delivery change request, please e-mail us as soon as possible at customerservice@ntextil.co.uk so we can implement those changes.
Depending on your orders processing stage, it might not be possible and our customer service support will inform you specifically whether or not they were able to apply your request.
If not possible, your best bet will be to contact our carriers directly to arrange a delivery change. They usually reach out by email or text informing you your order has been shipped.
Billing Address
Typically, it is possible to edit your billing address even after your order is delivered and we recommend you to contact us via the same email used to place the order.
